About Us

The Rundle Mountain Cycling Club was founded in 2001 by a small group of die-hard cyclists living in the Bow Valley community. Over time our founders and members grew the club from a small group to one of the largest cycling clubs in Canada and have since built an incredible programming component for riders to racers.

Our Mission
The Rundle Mountain Cycling Club (RMCC) is a cycling based sport club situated in the Bow Valley (Canmore and Banff), Alberta. RMCC’s mission is to provide an organization through which people of all ages may pursue their passion for cycling in the many forms of the sport, both leisure and competition, including road riding, mountain biking, cyclo-cross, racing, training, skill development and social riding. RMCC offers a number of cycling programs to its members from group riding to adult and youth programs and organized licensed racing.

Our Vision
To continue to develop riders of all ages and ability to appreciate a lifelong love of the sport of cycling and to foster a community based environment driven by volunteers.

SAVE THE DATE!!! RMCC’s annual bike swap on April 28. You can sell, buy! Spread the word. Because everyone needs a token wheel hauler. Thanks @stefanbullock @steffobrien for being a kick ass support crew for these guys at the #bearmountain #canadacup Hungry so #hungry. When the ride goes longer than planned Day 1 of #victoria cycling camp. Stopover @evanguthrie place for a night of #campguthrie considering staying here for the next two weeks... great weather, people, trails, and gym! We certainly got spoiled by Evans parents. Thanks so much from all of us @rmcc_express_raceteam And we’re off. #rmcc training camp has begun with #StarWars The Phantom Menace. Not sure my social personality suits the silence. Or maybe it does... Shredding the 26inch commuter bike today with @catherinevipond 2hrs of single track and loving it @4iiiicom pretty sure if we had the power meter on we would be breaking records #4iiiiprecision No @chrisglanznig unfortunately snowshoe wings will not help you ski faster.... but they do get us to cool places #adventurefriday #rmccexpress Need someone who will not only provide a phenomenal bike fit but also give some amazing insight into the whys and how’s of it all? @ryan.cycling101 is a wealth of knowledge. Thanks for fixing us up so we can climb harder for longer #reboundcycle @rmcc_express_raceteam #bikefit
