DEVO Road

Join our DEVO Road development program, designed for U15, U17 and U19 experienced riders who are looking for seasonal training, skill development, group riding and race tactics.

Program Overview

Looking to elevate your road cycling game? From time trials to crits to classic road races-we will teach these youth how to ride and race! Created for athletes eager to compete in road races, triathlons, or build off-season fitness for multi-sport events.

Our program is tailored around NCCP training groups, this program includes “Train to Train” for U15 and “Train to Compete” for U17 and U19, ensuring age-appropriate development. Program groups will be separated based on skill and speed.

This is not a program for beginner riders; riders should already be capable of mounting and dismounting, know the basics of cornering, climbing, descending and have some group riding experience.

This program will have one in-person group training ride per week. Riders in this program will also be encouraged to participate in other DEVO programs or join the youth Track program at the Calgary Velodrome.
