Program Payment and Withdrawal Policy

We understand that plans can change on the fly! That is why we have outlined our Program Payment and Withdrawal Policy for all RMCC programs.

PAYMENT: 

100% of the program fee is due at registration.

REFUND:

An administrative fee applies to all refunds requested prior to the program start date. The amount is based on the CCN processing fees for the value of the transaction. The pricing chart can be viewed here. No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the program start date, except for in the case of a medical reason, in which case program fees will be prorated. Club membership fees ($15) and ABA license and insurance fees are non-refundable.
