Learn Cyclocross, stay fit and enjoy the fall riding with friends!
Whether you are a master or junior, enduro, road or cross-country rider, this program is a time for all of us to combine forces and join RMCC’s Junior Race Team on workouts. If you are a rider who’s keen on learning more about Cyclocross, training for cycling and looking for a bit of a challenge, then this program’s for you!
RMCC invites you to participate in our Fall Program. The program runs Sept 11 – Oct 30, 2018. It will comprise of:
“RMCC- SC² Cycling Specific Strength Tuesdays 5pm –6pm Sept 11th- Oct 30th @ Bill Warren Training Centre. This will build on the winter and spring RMCC- SC² strength program and will also be good for those new to the weight room. The Emphasis will be on learning the key components of Olympic lifts that are critical for cycling power development. $200 for 8 sessions.”
“RMCC Fall Cyclocross Skills, Drills & Intervals. Thursdays 4:30pm – 6:30pm Sept 13th – Oct 25th. This will be good for Beginner – Advanced road & mountain bikers. Sessions at various location around the Bow Valley. Cyclocross or Mountain Bikes will be good for these sessions. $100 for 7 sessions.”
Riders of all ages looking to excel their skill level, fitness and training knowledge are welcome to join! This program is perfect for any rider keen on learning the skills to develop as a great all round racer, rider and athlete, or use it to simply to extend your cycling season. Cross and fall is all about fun so come join us for a little cyclocross and strength training.
