Learn Cyclocross, stay fit and enjoy the fall riding with friends!
RMCC members of all ages (11 -100) looking to increase their skill level, fitness and training knowledge about cyclocross are welcome to join!
This program is complimentary for members, is volunteer run, and is perfect for any rider keen on learning the skills to develop as a great all round racer, rider and athlete, or use it to simply to extend your cycling season. Cross and fall is all about fun so come join us for a little cyclocross.
RMCC invites you to participate in our four night Fall Cyclocross Program with road coach James Kendal with support from other RMCC volunteer coaches.
What: Cyclocross Skills, Drills & Intervals.
When: Mondays 5:00pm – 6:30pm, 2024 Dates TBD.
Who is this for: This will be good for Beginner – Advanced road & mountain bikers (age 11 – 100).
Where: Sessions at various location around the Bow Valley but first session will be at Eagle Terrace tobogganing area. Cyclocross or road bikes will be good for these sessions…(you can use a mountain bike to learn but if you plan on racing then a cyclocross would be beneficial as a mountain bike is very heavy to lift over obstacles).
