Extend your riding season into the best part of the year with another four sessions with our awesome coaches and a great group of ladies!
We love seeing the riding progress you made over the summer and hope you’ll join us again for the fall.
Our Fall Add-on Program is designed as a refresher and continuation for women who participated in the RMCC programs earlier in the summer and is offered at a significantly reduced rate. We will spend most of the time each week on the trails, working on skills and techniques to help you rock your ride. We will have three riding groups, according to skill and experience level. Ladies who didn’t participate in the RMCC program earlier in the summer are welcome to join us too*
There will be a beginner (continuation of MTB 101), intermediate, and advanced group – so grab your pedal pals and let’s ride some more this fall!
*Note: women who weren’t part of a RMCC course in the spring or summer session, or in previous seasons, must contact the Program Manager before registering to ensure the Fall Add-on Program is a good fit for them.

Jumps & Drops (Canmore)
Do you want to improve your confidence, bike maneuvering and technical ability? Then the RMCC Women’s Skill Sessions are for you!
September 7 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Learn a variety of bike maneuvers that will help you feel the rush of some wheel air time while building confidence and bike handling skills. Coach Tracey Gage will start you off with rolling small drops, learning several wheel lifts and build up to larger drops and table top jumps. All this will be done in a local bike park.
A full suspension bike is recommended for this session (front suspension a must). Arm pads and knee pads are also recommended but not required. Participants must have flat pedals and flat shoes on for this session.
Only $55* per session + RMCC membership/insurance
Contact our Program Manager for more program details or any questions.
