Extend your riding season into the best part of the year with another four sessions from our awesome coaches. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced programs are offered based on interest.
We love seeing the riding progress you made over the summer and hope you’ll join us again for the fall – grab your pedal pals and let’s ride!
If you’ve been riding all summer, this is a good way to ensure that the skills you’ve been working on are solidified and gives you a change to learn some new tricks for next year. We will spend most of the time on trail working on skills and techniques to help you rock your ride.

When: Monday September 5, 12, 19, 26 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Please Note:
All participants require a mountain bike (either front or dual suspension) in good working condition and a helmet. Bike gloves are strongly recommended. Come prepared for all weather conditions.
Pumping and Jumping
Do you want to improve your confidence, bike maneuvering and technical ability? Then the RMCC Women’s Skill Sessions are for you!
Wednesday September 7 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
This session will hep you take your range of motion and bike handling skills to the next level. Your coach will focus on pumping technique and wheel lifts to help you feel comfortable and in control when your wheels leave the ground. The trails at the Nordic Centre are the perfect place to to get comfortable working on these skills. If all this sounds a little intimidating, we get it. We promise that you are not alone. We will build your skills slowly at level to keep you comfortable and cater to each individuals needs.
Please note:
A full suspension bike is recommended for this session (front suspension a must). Arm pads and knee pads are also recommended but not required. Participants must have flat pedals and flat shoes on for this session.
