Testimonials:
Hi Sonya, Tracey, and Catherine,
I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for leading such an excellent workshop. All three of you were excellent in your teaching skills, providing great examples and modelling and talking everyone through things at their level. I learned incredible amounts of information. That was the best workshop of any sport I have ever attended. I have so much to think about and I will be returning to keep improving.
Thanks ladies for all your hard work. All 3 of you are truly inspiring. I loved every minute of that workshop- you made it so fun. All relevant and all applied.
Jennifer
